MLK Jr day!

7:00am
But I have to work! I just packed my bag for the day and I hope I stick to my plan!
1. NO SMOKING!
2. Breakfast muffin
3. Cheese snacks
4. Cup of mixed nuts (pecans, pumpkin seeds, and postacios)
5.Stir fry for lunch
6. Almond flour cookie x 2
and before Zumba I'm going to have:
1 Almond Muffin with a protein shake (Pure Protein)

Lets hope I can stay to plan!

Today kinda went as planned! I think the Chantix is making me feel a little queezy in the morning still so I brought my egg muffin to work with me! I ate that at around 8:30am. I can't remember what time I ate what all day, but I did have two Almond cookies, and about 6 cheese snacks and 1/2 cup of strawberries and my stir fry. I did drink like 5 bottles of water during the day and I did NOT have a cigerette!!! We were kinda busy at work today so I didn't even have time to think about missing a smoke! I got out of work at 5:00pm came right home and changed up for Zumba!

It is such a great hit in town! It was packed! I met my sister and we worked out butts off! I can finally move like I should be~! My rib is slightly sore now, but nothing some Advil won't help!

Came home to supper all made! I have the best husband in the whole world!
