January 23,2012 (evening)

Well my day was right on track today! Finally! Ate breakfast (fiber one cereal), had a snack(mixed nuts) , had a good lunch (turkey and cheese rolls) had some beef jerky for an afternoon snack. Drank lots and lots of water! Then did Zumba tonight! Wow I feel accomplished!

Came home to a Low carb Supper that Bud made (moose hamburger, onions, peppers, mushrooms) Then I baked Almond Muffins again and they look awesome! I haven't tried one yet and baked some cheddar cheese into chips! I'll let you know how the muffins are at breakfast! If they are good I'll give you the recipe since I wrote it down this time!

Tomorrow night is Changes night! session #3 of #6! 1/2 way through! Looking forward to seeing all my peeps! Since I was sick last week and my mom and sister did the class for me. I'm hoping to be able to do Zumba again tomorrow night but I'll be late and she prob won't have room. So I'll go Wed night!
